BIOGRAPHY
MARK E. HEIMSOTH has been an attorney and licensed to practice law in
Illinois since 1978. He graduated from
Valparaiso School of Law in Indiana and has been a member of the Illinois Bar
Association and the Kane County Bar Association since he began his practice in
Illinois.
Mr.
Heimsoth grew up in Aurora, Illinois and lived in Aurora for many years. During that time he served as a Board Member
on the East Aurora School Board and as a Board Member on the Aurora Civic
Center. He helped found the Southeast Neighbors
neighborhood group during the 1980’s and 1990’s and worked with them to improve
Aurora neighborhoods.
During
the 1990’s he served as a hearing officer for the City of Aurora and presently
serves as a member of the arbitration
panels in Kane County which are used to resolve small and medium sized
disputes. While presently living in
Yorkville with an office in Aurora, his practice extends to clients in cities
such as Oswego, Yorkville, Sugar Grove, Aurora, Batavia, North Aurora, Naperville,
Joliet and counties such as Kane County, Kendall County, Will County, DeKalb
County, and DuPage County, Mr.
Heimsoth’s civil practice is one which offers personal service at a reasonable
